My wife and i rented a property in Montana Pretoria from Groenkloof Property Administrators.
We moved out on 01/11/2012. We have to date still not been paid back our deposit money. Everytime we call we get a feeble excuse and no proof or valid reason why we cannot be paid out our money. We are at the point where we think the money has been spent and this company cannot afford to refund us. Please be aware of this when renting from this company. Dont get caught like we did!!! Send me an email if you are dealing with this company and would like more information on black and white. I have 2 years worth of paperwork to prove what we are going through.
