A week ago, I have logged a complaint via e-mail about a Traylor that is kept in the Townhouse Complex, La Terenure but nobody has given me any feedback. Two years ago when I made contact with Jowen Property and the Trustees as well as the Complex Manager to get permission to buy a Traylor, I was refused and was told that Traylors are not allowed in the Townhouse complex as per Complex rules and that it is common property. Since when can you allow one owner to keep a Traylor but to another owner it was refused??? Isn't there a measure of integrity getting back to the Customer? We are not Tenants, we are owners and deserve the neccesary respect to at least get an e-mail back saying it was attended to and we are taking action what-soever.
If I don't see action taken within the next 5 working days, I will buy my Traylor and keep it in the Complex just as the other unit does.
