Arrogant, rude, disrespectful - very slopp

After over a year of complaints about an outside maintenance issue of the outside corner of a backdoor falling off, Merville eventually had someone nail a piece of wood into the rotten wood, which subsequently fell off. Quotes received now advise replacement of both doors as it was left too long.
Lorraine from Merville first tried to off lay all blame to the owner - self inflicting the damage on the doors. According to Lorraine, wooden doors do not rot through wear and tear or weather conditions or from getting wet - wood does not swell and rot!
Shouting and screaming over the phone she insisted it was not a Property Management problem even though we pay high levies to cover this type of thing. She made several accusations and would not listen to reason or have any explanation about the time period it took for the doors to receive attention.
Highly unprofessional and disrespectful. HR skills completely lacking.
