The owner of Steuder Estates in Secunda (Anna-Marie Engelbrecht) is renting a house from me and contradicting to our contract she refuse to pay the last month's rent (Rent is due before the first day of every month) and instructed me to use the deposit as rent, thus losing the deposit and running the risk of having nothing to claim against for possible damages. The business is also run from a residence without business rights - I was thus put at risk of contravening municipal laws.
