Leno De Viliers (ceo Julius Buchinsky Auctioneers) negotiated the terms of a sale agreement with me, subsequent to the closure of an auction of my property.
On transfer of the property to the buyer, he refused to meet the commitment.. The matter had to be handed over for legal action which is now in progress.
