Palm Estates are the company who is Letting my house. They charge a fee of R500 per month, to collect my Rent Money from the tennants, however numerous phone calls, and e-mails, later, we still dont have answers to our questions, and we still dont know if the tenants have paid the rent for October, or are going to pay the rent for October 2013. You only hear promises and promises from the receptionist, and no one comes back to you via telephone calls or emails. The rent money is allready 7 days late, and still I dont have answers from Palm Estates. for the year that has past that PALM Estates have been renting out my house, there was never a month that rent was received on time, and the bad Service and lack of response or feedback has never been any better eithe
