Estae Agency Refused to pay back Dep

I did rent an appartment from the said estate agency. Paid my Deposit, One Month rent in advance as well as the documentation fees upfront. Friday the 23rd of August 2013 the local munisipality cut the water due to an arrears account from the landlords side. He only paid the saturday the account an only on the Monday the water supply was restored. I did tell the landlord as well as the Estate Agency that they breached the contract with immediate effect and that I am going to move out. Which I did. Now they refuse to pay back the deposit
