This agency organised a flat for me and I moved in on February/March 2012 and I paid rent and deposit before I could move in. Last year I was told that a new agency will take over from Rent Assured which it did and I had to sign a new lease under this new agency called Rental Pro's. My problem started when I wanted my deposit money from Rent Assured this lady Bridgette told me that she no longer works for the company I should contact them, but when I tried getting hold of the company their phones are not going through. I want my deposit money back and now I do not know what to do. Please help
