We moved in 1June2013 & from the beginning we had nothing but trouble
When signing the contact Suzette Smith said that we will only be responsible for the electricity, after receiving the first month Water & Electricity account she then said that we are responsible for all sewerage, water, refuse & electricity, months later we also received a email stating that we also need to also pay them R 150.00 for gardening.( We had no grass only sand as the previous owner had big dogs.)
We inquired about our high electricity bill and they just said that the have nothing to do with UMFA that were over billing us, we had to take legal action
3 Months after we moved in they send letters to us requested all sorts of documentation for our 2 small dogs
When we moved out we left the place spotless & Suzette was happy. We only received our deposit back 16 days later and it was not the amount agreed upon by myself and Suzette
They took R650 for the carpets, they over paid the utility bill by R1600 and she also accused us of having flees in the carpets & took R750 = R 3000
NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THROUGH THIS
