1 November 2012 my husband and I moved into our new rental home in Brackenfell, the contract between us and the owners (Vissershok Investments) being administrated by Property Solutions [URL Removed]
Property Solutions failed to do an official walk-through of the property with us before our occupation in order to note any damage caused by the previous occupant. On 26 November Suzette Smith from the agency promised to provide us with a owners-signed copy of the lease (which we have already signed and had to eventually email to them!) in order for us to change our address at various financial institutions, as the FICA and RICA laws require of us.
On 12 December I again inquired about the contract and was told that it would be signed soon and that the he signs contracts once monthly. Almost 2 WHOLE MONTHS went by and I inquired again on 31 January. In reply they made the same empty promises. I inquired a 4th time on 26 February with no response from them regarding this matter. When my husband called this afternoon, the owner was out of the country until recently (an excuse they've used before)!
Poor, unprofessional service! Won't recommend them at all!
