Overall Bad Service Delivery

I recently moved into a apartment after entering into a lease agreement with Prime Property. The flat had faulty amenities (lights & intercom not working, dirty carpets, no mailbox key). For the past month my agent Mohammad has been claiming that they will fix the above amenities but they have still not been attended to. I have tried to call them to get feedback on the progress of fixing of everything but they do not answer my calls or respond to my text messages. As far as I am concerned all amenities should have been in order when I moved in and the agent should have swiftly attended to them. But this is not the case with Prime Property, instead I have to call them endlessly to find out what is happening and am still living in an apartment with faulty amenities. I have also not recieved an electricity bill and after calling the muncipality offices to get my electricity bill we were told that electricity deposit which I paid to the agent haS not been paid. Now I am faced with a high electricty bill due to non payment of my deposit by the agent.which is completely unacceptable. The lack of delivery associated with Prime Property is completely unaccepable.
