Unacceptable - NO Electricity

Moved into my flat 2 months ago, electricity running through the owner.2 weeks in and my electricity was cut off, me and my little girl was sitting in the dark over a weekend until they put the electricity back on. Didnt use much electricity and didnt even receive a bill. 1 Month later there is extra fee's I need to pay that I was not told about and they demanded payment. Now my electricity was cut off once again even tho my account has been paid. Told the agent there was a letter saying they are going to cut my electricity and that they should double check that account a week ago. They came back and said there is no issues and the account is up to date. From yesterday I have been without electricity again even tho I told them I have a little one and cannot go without electricity. No one phones me since yesterday afternoon I have been phoning, wasting my airtime to try and sort out my electricity that was unlawfully cut off. Owners number was also refused to me. I am sure the agent and the owner of the flat had a nice warm night at home with electricity and a nice cooked dinner. No rush in getting my electricity back on today, I will be moving out of the flat at the end of January.
