I moved into my flat in January 2013, when I received my first statement I was charged about R69 for electricity. I continued paying electricity less than R70 every month until September when I was sent a letter stating that my electricity meter is broken and that I must pay about R500 for the meter, I was made to pay for a meter that I have never seen, let alone touch it.

for the last 3months I was charged R395.15 each month for 300units that I have supposedly used until this month, it is statistically impossible that I could use the EXACT same amount of electricity for 3-months. This is now getting really ridiculous.
