I am renting a house on a 6 month contract, they were informed from the beginning that we were looking to buy a house, we baught a house and gave more than a months notice that we wanted to move out. I started looking for new renters for the house we are renting and so did the agency. I always have to call back several times to get a response from them, they never phone back. They told me they have new tenants that will move in in a weeks time, we organized to have our goods moved to the house we baught and now via email after i have been struggeling to get hold of them, and them promising me they will call me back, they notify me that they don't have tenants anymore. Now i have to go trough the trouble of cancelling everything again. We had problems with this agency from day one we moved in. Blocked drains, stove plate not working, leaking toilets, broken windows, 4 months later and we had to fix the drains ourselves and the other things are still not working and is still not fixed. The worst service ever.
