Moto Gate is not working

When i buy the house the Gate was remotly opened and when i move inn it was not working i told the agency about this and they said they will fix it. I reported this problem for the 23 of May when i move in to the house, and the agency send Jaco to fix it wish he said he did. First day i move in to the house the gate was not working and they gave me his number i called him he came to fix it, he come but still it did not work and he said i must put it on manual as he is going away and will comeback to fix it on Teusday. when i tell the agency they said they paid him he must fix the gate on Friday he said he will come on Saturday and when i call him he ignored my calls and never came i ask my young sister to call him and answered the phone and said the agency never pay him so i dont know how is fouling how. i will apresiete your help
