I moved into a house that we rented from Rental pros Sinoville branch. As we were desperate to get a home after returning from Tanzania after 17 years we took what we could get. As normal we could list all mistakes etc within 7 days so it can be fixed by them. We did this also there is open drains in the kitchen with out even a cover. I reported this many times as well as my wife and after 2 months of no response I went to the City health dept. They in turn send me to the building inspectors. Inspection was done and a lot of problems were found. A letter was issued to me from them to give to the agency warning them to rectify the problems as the drains are illegal. On delivery of these notices I was verbally abused and cursed by Vernon (owner) of the agency. I left. My rent is up to date, I paid double deposit. I asked him to either get me another house or release me from my contract and till now no response at all. All the repairs they have done so far was done by amateurs and with no results. The roof after fixing it twice is still leaking - no response as normal. Please help me. Andre Landsberg
