Property 1000 placed tenants in my house without a contract and are withholding the information of the tenants from me. I have requested numerous times that the tenants must be given notice, as I want to sell the house, and improvements needs to be done first. They refuse to give me the details of the tenants, so I have no idea who is living in this house, Three months later and still nothing. They don't ever phone back. I have threatened with legal action, but nothing. I have never ever experienced anything like this before. I am situated in Alberton and specifically appointed these agents to manage the property. The previous tenant they have placed also never paid, and after a long battle I eventually recovered some of the money. I have now contacted my lawyer and has been advised that what they are doing is illegal and that I can press for charges. I don't even know if they are getting paid by the tenants as I don't receive any money or answers. It seems that they have gone rogue, and all prospective clients!! BE CAREFUL!!
