I moved out of a flat I had leased through Just Letting on 01.09.2013 and after having been initially told by one of their trustworthy agents that my deposit would be returned to me in the space of 7 working days, here i sit on 25.09.2013 with no deposit in sight. During my wait, I have called Just Letting over 10 times, yet at no point has it occurred to Just Letting to give me a call back. At some point, I spoke to a lady by the name of Christene and after first giving me the run around of my life, I was told that my deposit would be paid into my account on 23.09.2013. Yet, here I still sit penniless. The service that I have received from Just Letting has been appalling to say the least.
