Was interesting to see when I came to hellopeter that Just Letting are listed for "Not paying back Deposit" and various other financial "" as someone call it. The long and the short is that I had to call a month after cancellation to find out where the deposit is.. NOTE THE ACT (55 of 99) says 21 days is the limit. They deducted for cleaning, but could not provide receipts.. NOTE THE SAME ACT says they must have receipts to present to the client for landlord deductions. A month after the cleaning, you don't have receipts.. sounds like they being made now... They also did not pay any interest on my deposit.h NOTE THE SAME ACT says that the deposit should be kept in a bank account and all interest earned must be returned to the lessee barring any major deductions. They also overcharged me for utilities.. and when taken to task on it they slam the phone down in your ear..
Just Letting (in my case KROONSTAD) it seems you make your money from from your own clientele.. from my summary of the events and also looking at the other complaints on here.
