I am starting to get off from not getting back our money or any response from Just letting.
We moved out in October and to date, we have not received the deposit we paid. Everytime we phone, we are told Melissa is on half day, or she is not in or her daughter is sick. Emails are also not being responded to.
I dont understand how these companies work and how they expect one to pay a deposit for the next place that we will be staying at.
I wonder how much interest they are making on our monies and if it will ever be paid to us too. I want our deposit, this is long overdue and unacceptable.
