I am writing this complaint because i am very disappointed by the unprofessionalism of Just Letting, Midrand and would like to express it hoping that Just Letting will act by refunding me my deposit. I was renting an Apartment and because of electricity bills being so high as we were using a private metering company, I requested for them to ask for a pre-paid meter from the owner of which they kept on telling me they cannot get hold of the owner until it came to a point (3 months later) that I felt it was best to move and sent them an email giving them notice provided that I get my full deposit back and even requested for a way forward in solving the matter, and I then got a response from Heti who told me that they cannot get hold of the owner so she sent me documents to complete so that I can get my full deposit back provided I leave the place clean and send them proof that I have fully paid my electricity account which I did after I moved and after I called asking when the deposit will be paid back into my account, I got a shock from Lerato who told me I will not be getting my deposit as I had moved out before the lease had expired. I just want my deposit back as agreed upon.
