Eugene Malan & Associate is the subject of various governmental investigations:
1) SAIPA, the SA Institute of Professional Accountants, issued a report stating that Malan violated the Sectional Title Act for failure to issue body corporate financials for the period he has been Managing Agent (4 years).
2) IRBA, the Independent Regulatory Board of Regulators, has requested SAIPA to sanction Malan for using his employee to audit financials issued by his Company.
3) NERSA, the governmental entity responsible for electricity, instructed Malan to stop deducting electricity from tenants' prepaid meters without their permission and to stop charging some tenants more per square meter than others.
4) Eugene Malan called me ''a ing Jew'' at a body corporate meeting with my lawyer as witness. The entire Jewish community should boycott Eugene Malan & Associates for being an anti-semite. I referred this matter to the Jewish Board of Deputies.
5) Eugene Malan's brother, Leon Malan, punched me in the nose, requiring nose surgery and causing permanent eye damage to my right eye.
