I was renting a flat in Centurion, Silver Oaks Nr 44 there was much damage to the property when we (my son and I) moved in. All these damages were reported and send to Just Letting. Nothing was ever done about the damages. I even had to paint out my sons room myself the day we moved in because it was so filthy. Now two year later with everything on paper they are still refusing to give my deposit back.
Even after contacting head office in Cape Town I am not getting any service regarding this matter. This is the worst service I have ever gotten any where and people should know once renting from Just Letting you can forget to get your deposit back.
Also Gale the state agent that helped me was so rude and disrespectful that I had to report her. I am a single mom and the deposit of - R7000 was to go to paying for our new home. Now this matter have deprived my son of a proper Christmas and home to live in.
I do feel victimised and am forced to open a case of against Just Letting.
