We rented our current townhouse from Dominic Grobler of DG Realty and paid our deposit in September 2012. The owner then decided to change letting agents in April 2013. A request was sent to DG Realty to transfer the deposit to the new letting agent. After numerous calls, emails and text messages, still nothing. The agent claims he did transfer the deposit already and will send me the proof of payment. To date I am still waiting and the new letting agent has confirmed that they still haven't received our deposit. This has gone on now for 5 months and everytime I try to contact Dominic Grobler I either get no response or a promise that the proof of payment will be sent.
