Deposit not fully repaid

Before my wife and I got married, she was staying in Silver Lakes. Infinitum managed her electricity account, and my wife always paid her electricity on time. They required a R70 fee every month. When my wife required services (e.g. TV aerial repairs, finding out information about management changes they said would be happening), they were rude and did not provide the repairs in the time they promised.

My wife followed all the rules and gave them sufficient notice about moving out from the apartment, and they repaid only R1360 of her R1500 deposit, over a 1 and half months after she moved out, charging her for an additional month and a "deposit-repayment fee". After many emails and phone calls, in which my wife was always respectful and they were sometimes rude, they still have not repayed the final R140 and the interest (money market-related) on her deposit that they owe her.

Infinitum provided poor service when she was living there, and are in withholding what belongs to her.
