I have been renting with infinitum holdings for almost a year and everytime i have a problem i am directed to thandi who is Rude without fail. My latest issue is that my electricity was shut down inconveniencing me greatly_i could not cook, i did not have warm shower/bath eventhough my account is in credit. I call in this morning im put through to thandi as usual and instead of apologising for the mistake made on my account she is RUDE and tells me she is gonna drop the phone in my ear. My account is corrected but clients dont deserve to be treated this way especially if the company is the one at fault. Im glad i'll be moving out this month and i will not recommend anyone use Infinitum's service
