I notified the agent since the day i moved in on the 18th of March that there's damages on the walls and that they need to be repainted. I have since sent countless emails to the people mentioned above and all that has happened was they sent two people to assess the walls and to a quote. I have never heard from them since. I have had problems with the maintenance and plumbing since moving in, I even requested to be moved a different flat within the complex but no one responds to my plea. The manner in which I am treated is appaling to say the least, I'm a good tenant who has never defaulted on rent, the least they can do is do the repairs since they will not refund my deposit anyway.
