Lack of security

This morning I had my clothes off the line, this happened 10 minutes after I hanged them up, one thing I know for sure, they were not taken by a person staying inside the premises.
Firstly the main gate is always open, anyone can just come in and do as they please, that is a big concern to me cause our valuable clothes are getting, please do something about this if you are really concerned about the tenants security
