My experience with Infinitum Holdings is the most pathetic I had with a company. While gospel music is playing in the background you are under the impression they are righteous within the company. This is a trap to with your mind!! When I signed the contract it was downhill from there. There were constant problems with my account. The repair work as promised where never done. They don't hesitate to threaten you when you're in arrears but refuse to speak to you or answer emails. Eventually when I got through to Thandi or Elize on the phone they spoke like they have no time to listen to me and constantly demand I send an email. I have sent email after email without any response. After multiple efforts I visited their offices and still receive a snotty attitude from them with no success to my queries. I was informed I had to move out end of the month as the owner was going to sell her unit. I luckily took the owner's number when she arrived for inspection before the notice was given. She confirmed this was untrue. My suspicion is that Infinitum evict tenants in any way possible to obtain the next none refundable deposit.
