Geez, where do I even begin...
Two months after moving in, they messed up my electricity which were trying to bill me R1500.00 even though my wife had only been in the apartment for 2 weeks, eventually I was credited after weeks of phonecalls and arguments.
Whilst staying in the unit reported a leak in January which damaged my furniture and cause my pregnant wife to slip on wet tiles, Kerri never did a thing about the leak and it remained there til the day we finally got fed up and left, they then tried to deduct money from my deposit for "damage" to the apartment, Thank goodness I had photographic evidence that the damage was already there from the Get go!!!
Moved out of one of their units that they "Manage" on the 30th of April, they were firstly 7 days over due to pay back my deposit. Now there is an outstanding Electricity amount which I have agreed to pay month end, when I get paid and Charne Du Plessis is listing me with the TBN, disgusting service and horrible attitudes from all involved with that Admin department.
Stay away from this company, you will be sorry... I will be reporting Seeff to the Rental Housing Tribunal.
