Worst service, if you can call it service

I have had various issues at Wonderzicht apartments over the last year or so. I bring these to the attention of the persons responsible at Trafalgar yet nothing gets done. NOTHING. My tenant is fed up, other tenants are also leaving the building because the managing agent do not act at all or return calls or emails. They just do nothing at all.

Not even when a person was attacked at knife point and another fell down the stairs did anything get done. All that was said is that they will be leaving anyway in a month.

I am sick of this.

You are a service provider, I can never get hold of anyone on the phone and you don't seem to know of want to reply on any emails. It is really making me sick now.

So because of your poor service I am going to loose a very very good tenant. Is this how you go about your bussiness?

I would like to call for a immediate special meeting to place a montion of non trust on the caretaker, all the trustees and the managing agent.

I have had enough. If I have to I will go from door to door to get a petition to do so if this woman doesnt react within the next day! She must wake up or go.

Please, you do not need this sort of reputation.
