The annexure to the agreement of lease says " Should any complaint be received from two (2) or more other tenants in the building that the lessee and or children / visitors are behaving in an unruly manner, you will be given twenty four (24) hour notice to vacate the premises". Our complaints are rejected. The caretaker of the building defames our characters without any reason. He has his crounies in the building and they are hostile towards us. Kevin Patto shouted "you have to leave no one wants you here", for everybody to hear. The neighbour in nr 14 says he will beat us to a pulp, call a tenant "senile" and a "f ". Mawer & Delport rejects our complaints and inspection reports. Kevin Patto does not stop with his mocking and gossip. We hardly make a noise. Number 11 tenant is hardly home and has to leave the flat every weekend for 21 weeks because the noise from nr 7 is unbearable. Tenant from 14 lives alone and is treated like dirt by Kevin Patto and his friends. Patto calls the tenant in nr 14 "rubbish". It is really enough now. Patto called the daughter of nr 14 tenant and told her "tenants stinks and his place stinks and EVERYBODY is complaining about it".
