Mark Raath promised myself a minimum of 10 students to rent my property, which he said he already had, this was false as there were only 4 in total. He made promisies to the tenants to supply them with beds, this was never kept, therefore they left. He took payments from them and gave me part payment. To date he will take any of my calls, he has a new employee, named Sarah who is doing the same thing that he did by ignoring calls. He still owes me money from the deposit percentage as well as refunds to the tenants that he made false promises to.
All information given on his letter heads and cards is false and you can never get a hold of him. His offices are closed with Sheriff of the Court documents on the door. He is now operating his business from his vehicle. Please do not trust him or his associates. He is currently advertising on the property section of GumTree.
