Trafalgar CEO Andrew Schaefer promised to assist in resolving my account queries and disputes I had with his unhelpful staff especially Elize De Weerdt, after I contacted HelloPeter last year. This issue has remained unresolved since 2010!
Andrew then blithely passed the buck to 'a senior staff member', never contacted me again or even tried to find out if all is well and the issues are still unresolved, so it seems to me that not even contacting the CEO in that company helps!
Good luck to anyone using Trafalgar as managing agents - I will never recommend them!
