Lack of service and poor hygienic practices

I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by Trafalgar and on Thursday 15 August my geyser developed problems. There is little or no pressure at all, I mean the water comes out like in drops one can barely bath nor wash dishes. I phoned Trafalgar to tell them about the problem on Friday the Reception lady told me the Maintenance department will call me back, no one I did. I had to phone again on Monday and was told the same thing that the department will call me no one called me back. I phoned again Tuesday and thus when one lady (name withheld) said she will have the matter solved. I called again Wednesday and still get the same promise that someone was going to fix the problem but until today nothing has been done. Its winter and I have no hot water and no one is willing to have the geyser fixed. also on behalf of other tenants we have complained and reported on several times about lack of cleaning in the passages and the public area, Its so dirty and Trafalgar cares less. The area has become a danger to the tenants as there are no lights in the passage/corridors and vagrants and thugs use the place to hide and do drugs.
