Unethical Practice - Trafalgar Property Management

I am disappointed by the poor ethical values that Trafalgar has reflected in conducting themselves in my regard. I had a dispute with the trustees of Mt Edgecombe Gardens KZN regarding the mismanagement of services experienced. Trafalgar were aware of these disputes. All parties were informed that I would not pay my levies until services rectified and that I am not a permanent resident at unit 2 Mt Edgecombe Gardens but that my domicile is in Jo'burg where Trafalgar send my invoices. Once I received confirmation that the trustees were resolving the issues I updated all levy payments on the 16 March '13. I then received an email in error by Trafalgar of an invoice to the trustees for legal fees rendered against me. I learnt that the legal summons was sent to my unit 2 Mt Edgecombe Gardens address. This was a calculated and deceitful act on Trafalgar's behalf knowing that I live in Jo'burg and should have been notified of such legal action in Jo'burg or email so I may defend myself. I was unaware of such legal proceedings. I am listed on ITC and Trafalgar expect me to pay legal fees to clear my name which I refuse. I expect them to clear my name or I will have to follow due process.
