Trafalgar needs to be more efficient

I have had Numerous bad incidents with Trafalgar which manages property in Milpark Mews. The 1st this year: Our door handle broke, Trafalgar sent a locksmith through, but never bothered to come inspect whether the job was properly done or not. As a result, because it was a shoddy job, the door handle broke again.

The second: I have now moved out and Trafalgar has up to 14 days to give back my deposit, but their employee Richard seems to forget to inform me that I need to submit a bank statement until I call him to find out what is happening; which obviously delays the whole process. This is an extreme inconvenience and a demonstration of incompetence! Trafalgar seriously needs to employ more competent people or otherwise train their staff. I cannot think of a single good experience with this company, they are inefficient and incompetent, yet they are managing peoples investments.
