I felt disrespected by the service I get from Jack Allers by deciding to bill for the service they didn't tell me upfront that there is a problem.

They claim that they serviced a pillar which is done for the 4th time by this same Agent and worse it is also repaired by the same service provider who is also a plumber in my accounts.

I have written to them that if there is anything that need to be fixed in my property at least they must tell me upfront as it became a norm to them to throw bills to me.

They didn't do this no matter how much I lamented to them. Worse this pillar which they claim that they repaired my tenant does not know anything about it. Who knows if it was repaired for real, as if this was not enough: when I tried to engage the chairman he never bothered to respond to the e-mail I was given.

The Jack Allers management decided to pressurize me to settle the bill stating that if I don't pay in a certain time they will take my name to credit bureau.

I have since wrote them an e-mail and they suggested that we must talk about this but they refused to put what they said in writing which I didn't agree with them. If this is not attended I will take it to EAAB.
