My IPhone 4s which I only have for 8 months already needs repairs on the headphone jack which just stop working... the phone wasn't dropped or doesn't have any water damage on it just the jack that doesn't work now which I don't think is of very good Quality on Apple's site of things...
To make matters even more uncomfortable, Vodacom needs to send my phone away for anything from 7-14 days to get repaired and so being the nature of my work I unfortunately can not be without a phone for longer that 2 hours and would you believe they didn't even offer the accommodate me with a loan phone for the time being... and to make matters even more bad, I find a repair centre that can do the job in 10 minutes but costs me R950.00
I'm utterly disgusted with the poor product of Appel and very poor service of Vodacom and this will most certainly be the last Apple that buy and contract that I take with Vodacom...
