I have claimed with outsurance for my home content insurance and Jack Baloyi was dealing with the claim and 2 days after sending the proof of the contents I was claiming I received a call from him telling me that the claim have been approved and gave me the contact details of the company which will be replacing my goods. The company phoned me for collection of my goods. I am so happy with the speedy service from Outsurance and Jack Lesiba Baloyi, Keep up the good work Jack
