Poor service at dealership

I bought a 2008 Citroen C2 VTS from Michael Khumalo at Bloemfontein motors on 15 March 2013 and sad to say this I am very disappointed in the service I received. This person doesn't know anything about the vehicle that he sold me. He ordered a new car jack and a wheel spanner for my car but the car already had a jack and a wheel spanner, they just didn't know where to find it in the car. They serviced the car before I bought it but if they didn't even know where to find the car's jack and wheel spanner, how do I even know they serviced it correctly?? And to come to the worst part which is actually why I'm writing this complaint is my car's missing anti- wheel socket. I had a flat tire so I needed to replace it with the spare and then found out they sold me the car without the wheel socket. Know this is a very important part of the car and the sales person was suppose to to tell me this part is missing. I couldn't use my car for 4 weeks and needed to buy a new lockset and pay to have the old locknuts removed. When I confronted michael about this he told me all the tools were in the car when he sold it. This is exceptionally POOR service and I hope this reaches him.
