I have purchased property with Legae properties, and the Managing Director Alida Breed was assisting me with home loan application. I got bond approval from Housing Investment Partners and Alida chose the attorneys who are supposed to register my bond.
Prior to moving in, we are supposed to setup a meeting with the developers and do a snag list. I made an appointment with the developers and Alida cancelled it because she said developers do not work on weekends, she rescheduled with me and never showed up. Today 29th July, I went to meet with the developers so I can be given the house keys and move in tomorrow. When I arrived at the house the developers refused to give me the house keys, as they where not given instruction from the lawyers. They are now sending me from pillar to post and I will be homeless by the 31st if this is not sorted out.
