POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF FEEDBACK

I feel the is a lack of respect to this Estate Agent as they deliberately refuse to set meetings for us as owners of Leyton Place after so many times we have been requesting.

I have written them my complaints after noticing that they don't bother if you go to them personally to report so that I can have evidence. Up until today they have not responded.

My complaint is a life threatening one in that the flat we leave in have no lights in the stairs, the gate in the street is not working, my flat is raining and is full of cracks.

I wrote this on their website and no one has responded and this is my last attempt before I take them to EAAB.
