Hi
I only take my car to 082 Car Wash at the Lemon Tree for the last 2 Years.
I noticed that my jack has disappeared. I contacted the manager who was going to check if my jack is in lost and found... Well I would not know why it would be in lost and found as the jack goes under the spare wheel. He was going to call me back... I am still waiting.
I emailed Mike and Leon my complain on 27 May 2013 who also did not bother to contact me.
I am truly disappointed as I would have expected them to have trustworthy people working for them.
P.s Now I am told to take my valuables out of my car HELLO A JACK IS UNDER THE SPARE WHEEL HOW SHOULD I TAKE ALL OF THAT OUT AS WELL??
I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I will never have my car cleaned by 082 Car Wash again and I will make sure that all my family a friends share my experience with everyone they know.
