I am trying to change my billing detail

After waiting for AGES to speak to an operator - the person I spoke to was simply quite stupid. I have NO clue what criteria you use for your help desk people, but I am going to get my lawyer to write you a letter. My father passed away, and I have been trying to get the RATES bill accurately addressed to myself. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get this done.
I am going to write to Helen Zille and tell her what a useless bunch of individuals you are, maybe you will bother to wait for the call, and not just put the phone down, I am really sick and tired of your total incompetence. JUST try and bill me PENALTIES for NOT PAYING the rates for a deceased estate and WATCH what a fuss I will make about your stupidity and incompetence.
