I could write millions of lines, I am so irritated and frustrated I could scream. Deceased estate, bills not issued. I paid the rates so that the account would not be seen as overdue - I PAID THEM YOU FOOLS, and how you want a reason for me to be refunded or paid back to me or moved into my own rates account..
You Incompetent, stupid, ridiculous people. I offered to pay rates even though you HAD NO BILL IN MY OWN NAME - I knew it was due. Now you have a problem returning the money to me or moving it to my own rates account. YOU HAD NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING THE MONEY I PAID TO YOU!!!
I am going to REFUSE to pay until I have consumed the money that you are not refunding or crediting me, and JUST TRY AND MAKE MY LIFE A MISERY. You think this is a horrible hello peter, you aint seen NOTHING YET! I am so sick and tired of multiple people interacting with me who know nothing, NO CONTINUITY, not SET PROCEDURE, just haphazzard go nowhere behaviour.
STUPID ME for being proactive and a good citizen and wanting to pay and thinking it was a wise idea. DO NOT CONTACT ME unless you are about to refund the money to my account.
