I went to the offices repeatedly to try and receive my account by post. It hasn't been posted to me for a year.
The walk in centre staff tell me some quack story about on-line mailed statements. I do not receive those either.
They claim I need to sort out my on-line account which I subsequently tried. That webmaster is slow or doesn't get back to you at all. I would not mind the statement e-mailed. I receive all my other statements and accounts that way. But it is not happening either!
Meanwhile I guess the amount I should pay every month. I then get termination notices due to outstanding amounts every couple of months.
I call the call centre and get put on hold as they can not "generate a query" unless I am on hold. Really? This goes on until my airtime is exhausted.
I sent an e-mail with y query a day ago and so far only received the automated reply.
