We are in the prosess of selling our house. It is now 8 months, we can't get the clearance for rates & taxes, as the incompetent people didn't put the correct services onto the correct account numbers. This property was sub divided. In December before we moved to Cape Town we went to COJ in Braamfontein twice to make sure this is done. Notes were made, we were promised it would be fixed and sorted. Now I have to pay a consultant R7000-00 to sort this out. Can we please get people in the COJ that know what they are doing to do THEIR JOB!!! So sick of COJ!!!
