New cheque card for my deceased father?

I reported the death of my father to FNB Randburg on 12/8/2013 after he passed away on 4/8/2013.

This is the second time I have had to complain about FNB since within the past month. The first complaint was addressed internally but I have now had enough, hence the public forum.

We received a letter, dated 25 August 2013, addressed Estate late... thanking my dad for his loyalty and reminding him that his cheque card will be expiring at the end of September 2013.

This cheque account has been frozen since 12 August!! Do your internal departments not communicate with one another? Does the fact that the account name is now ESTATE LATE not possibly trigger some warning bells that maybe the person in question no longer needs your cheque card?

Show a little respect please! REACT when you are notified of someone's deceased relative and desist from sending insensitive correspondence!
