National Consumer Commission
No Response from the National Consumer Commission

I have lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission on the 29-11-2012 regarding an issue I experienced with a Car dealership. I was forwarded documents to complete which I did and sent back on the same day. From then I have heard nothing from the Commission. My problem has not been sorted out and it is costing me greatly.
I keep phoning the number provided but get cut off. I have sent numerous emails with no response, I find it disturbing that the people who are suppose to be helping us are also not adhering to the standards they claim to have.
Its going on 3 months now with no response from the commission.
